To get to full healing of past trauma, first try seeing that nothing is a coincidence.
If you’re drawn to this video, you’re likely an old soul that’s lived an obstacle-heavy life. Some of these events may have dropped you down into the heaviest emotional states you’ve ever experienced, such as depression and suicidal thoughts or panic attacks. You may have been told by professionals and loved ones alike that those things should not have happened to you.
I’m here to tell you the opposite: those things happened for you. The Source truth of the matter is that nothing you’ve experienced is a mistake or a coincidence, no matter how painful. This truth will help you deeply understand yourself and your life and why it had to happen the way that it did. Once you can see all components, sides, and gifts of the situation, you can reach true healing. It’s going to be the harder path and you’ll have to face everything about yourself that you reject and are ashamed of. This is precisely why it will lead you to the greatest levels of fulfillment, meaning, and purpose in life - because it will lead you to become the version of yourself that you were designed to be before all the limiting beliefs weighed you down.
