How to know it’s time to quit mental health therapy and why an intuitive healer might be the next step up for you.

Ooooeeee! This is a good one, folks! We’re going to walk through all the different indicators that you’re ready to graduate from therapy and potentially try something like intuitive healing sessions!

The indicators I talk about today are:

  • You keep coming in with the same problem.

  • They can’t answer your questions.  

  • You’ve tried many different modalities, but none have been the “one” for very long. 

  • You’ve been wondering what’s next.

  • You’re taking lots of notes.

  • You want them to give you homework and you want something to work on.

  • You’re constantly looking for resources to learn from: books, podcasts, courses.  

I also talk about how attending my own therapy sessions for years was absolutely key for me in becoming an intuitive healer. I talk about the importance of mental health therapy for your unique journey and when you might choose to continue sessions, even as an intuitive healer.
