How the universal Law of Focus amplifies the negative impact of mood trackers used for therapy or self-improvement.

Mood trackers can be a good first step to help you start noticing your emotions throughout the day. However, you’re going to graduate very quickly from this tool. if you’ve used one, you might have fallen off the habit fairly quickly. The brain wants more and your soul wants you to do something about this information that you’re gathering.

In today’s Core Emotion video, I talk about the pros and cons of using a mood tracker for therapy or for personal reasons. I introduce the Universal Law of Focus and how mood trackers can increase the amount or intensity of “bad” moods you experience. I provide a more in-depth protocol on how I process my emotions and how I guide my clients to do so as well. Full resolve comes from getting more detailed about what’s making you feel “off” and knowing what to do about it next.
