I used to avoid and suppress all of my emotions. What it can look like to be emotionally intimate with yourself.

I talk through a reflection of feeling guilty that I wasn’t fully present on the phone with my friend. As you listen, you’ll discover how I uncover a fear that’s been keeping me in an avoidant state and keeping people at arms length to feel safe. I provide two other life examples of what it looks like before I had emotional tools and after I gained trained intuition and emotional tools.
