Let’s keep diving into the topic of intuition. In this episode, I briefly explain the science of intuition and how everyone has access to their intuition. Yes, even you! I describe how developing my intuition has improved my mental health and alleviated my driving anxiety and morning panic attack symptoms. I go on to provide an example of how I use my intuition to help with feeling scared while driving and how I turned a seemingly small experience into a major break through moment that created a greater sense of safety in my life.
