Hey everyone, it's Nanae. I'm actually out in nature. I was hiking and I felt pulled to stop on this big rock overlooking this forest and share with you some thoughts off the cuff. I asked Source, I asked my higher self, what does my audience want to hear today? What will resonate with them? What's what's gonna really feel like that was something that they needed to hear? So I was getting joy in the body. So let's see how those two connect. There's this phrase that keeps coming up in my mind, things that I've said before, people have told me recently. When am I going to feel joy again? Will I feel joy again? And I really resonate with that. because I felt that I thought that a lot not even that long ago I asked an intuitive am I ever going to feel joy again my throat closed up I was nearly on the brink of tears wondering what her answer was going to be because I knew it was yes but it felt really far it felt really out of reach for me and when she said yes as long as you follow your intuition And at that point, I was a baby intuitive. Intuition felt hard. It felt like I'm not getting better. I'm doing it wrong. All these things. But with those words, I knew it was possible and I was willing and determined to reach it. So I started with the little things. Since joy felt so far away and so inaccessible, so did money. I started with money. asking what would make me happy that day? What would my higher self choose for me to do that day to bring me a little bit more joy, a little bit more happiness? And I started with things like walking, walking outside, going to the park, sitting on the grass. It felt radical. And to you, it might feel, it might seem simple. It might seem like no brainer. But for me, it felt radical. It felt like the thing that I wasn't giving to myself for a very long time. And now I finally had permission to do it. I gave myself permission to experience the little things that could bring me a little glimpse of joy. You might start hearing this thunder rumbling behind in the background. I would say when joy feels the hardest to access, It's the moments that this is the moment that is really asking for you to tune into the intuition. And it's the hardest time to tune into your intuition because everything feels heavy and everything feels hard and nothing seems to come easily. But it is in those moments where you can lean on the thing that never leaves you, that is always with you. is your birthright, is something that you have access to no matter what, that you have known for many lifetimes and is something that you are remembering how to utilize and fold back into your life. The way that we move through our lives without intuition, without actively using our intuition, I would say that's unusual. But we've been taught how to disconnect from our inner knowing. How to disconnect from the answers that will actually align us with the greatest happiness. This is intentional. And I can get into that in another episode. We have the answer to how do we access joy again. We know how to feel joy again. We also need to learn how to re-listen to the answers. because they're all around us, they're within us. For much of my life, I'd say I ignored all of my signals. A lot of my narrative, the story that I was telling myself was that I ignore my intuition and bad things happen. That's what I believed. I believed that I'm doing it wrong, I'm doing life wrong because I ignore my intuition and that's why bad things happen to me. I'm looking back now and I can see that's not the case at all. Those moments were pivotal. In those moments that I felt like I ignored me, extreme challenges occurred. And I can look back now and also truly know that I would never trade those things. I would never trade those experiences. I really wouldn't be the person that I am today without those. Coming back to joy. When joy feels really challenging, When you feel like there is no joy in your life. If you're listening to this, there's a reason why you were drawn here today. Your soul is shouting to you. It's not that there's no joy. It's that let's learn how to see it. Let's learn how to bring it back into your awareness. And it's not to put on the rose-colored glasses and ignore the things that are hard. It's to train our brain, train ourselves to start seeing more of the bigger picture. And it's hardest when it's the hardest in life. When you feel like things are hard in life. So let's start with one thing. Just a small thing, an easy thing. Were you scrolling today? Did you watch TV? Did you watch a movie? Did anyone in any of those platforms... Did they express even just an ounce of joy, a smile, a sparkle in their eye, anything? Well, that's evidence that joy is around you. That's you noticing joy around you. As you start noticing joy around you, on the sidewalk, at the grocery store, in messages from your friends, maybe they're excited about something. As you notice joy, moments of joy around you, you're going to start noticing it for yourself too. Start with outside because sometimes it's hard. It's harder to notice it for ourselves. It's easier for us, the givers, the lovers, the carers, right? The healers. It's easier for us sometimes to be so much happier for others than we are for ourselves. So give yourself permission to start seeing it outside of you first and And knowing that the reason why you see it outside of you is because it exists in you. It comes from you. You also generate joy. So just start with that. A simple, easy practice. Just bringing more awareness into your day. The moments of joy around you. And you're going to start noticing it for yourself too. Because guess what? If you're witnessing it, you're also a part of it. Does that make sense? You are a part of the energy of joy now. Oh my gosh, I'm smiling like a goofball. Okay, everybody, that's my message for today and I'll catch you in the next one.
