Make it Make Sense!

Hi everybody. So in this video I'm going to talk about something called reflections and how the universe is mirroring back to us, reflecting back to us, something we're actually doing to ourselves or maybe to somebody else. We're actually not aware of it. So the universe has to give us a situation to help us see what we're actually doing. And when we see what we're actually doing, it's actually a growth moment. It's when opportunities open up. It's when our life opens up. It's when we feel more expansive because whatever we were doing to ourselves or somebody else, it was something that was actually keeping us stuck, limited and or small, a belief that we had about ourselves that just isn't true. So when someone or something pisses us off or it's upsetting or it's scary, there's a law. There's a universal law called the Law of Reflections. And very simply put, it says that the problem is not actually the problem. Okay. Stay with me for a little bit longer. Let me convince you.

So you know how when we have a problem, we're at it. We're trying to get at it for hours, days, months, maybe even years. We're trying so hard to figure it out, and we can't. Maybe we can't. So that's because the root, the real root of the issue is in a completely unrelated area of life that we're not paying attention to. So we have eight areas of life, which I'll go over in another video, but I'm going to give you an example. So to help illustrate this, I love diving in deep in conversations. I can get really into it. I could talk for hours. Um, so for a period of time, I would say probably a few months. I was having an intense reaction when I was talking to people. I would suddenly get really worried and self-conscious that whatever I was saying to the other person, that the information that I was sharing it and how I was sharing it was too much for them to handle, and I spend a lot of time looking back on those situations and wondering like what I said, was it too much?

Um, maybe I should have said less. So very specifically, my friend had come over and I was having a conversation with her one night, and we were really getting into it, and all of a sudden I just got so self-conscious that I was giving her too much information and she couldn't handle it. Now, she never said this to me. It was just something that I was feeling. I couldn't shake it. I was feeling a lot of guilt around it. So I finally got down to it and with the help of another intuitive, realized that I was feeling like it. So in another area of life, in the spiritual area of life, that the spiritual information coming in, the intuitive information that I was getting was too much for me. So then I was feeling like I was giving too much information to everyone else. I mean, hopefully this will make sense in a second. So the moment I realized that, I was feeling that feeling like the information coming in for me was too much for me.

The moment I realized that and saw how I was believing that it released that that that intense guilt and self-conscious feeling self conscious that released. And I went from, I can't handle this information coming in. I can't handle all of this information coming in to I'm built for this level of information coming in because I know that my higher self, which I'll talk about in another video, what is the Higher self? My higher self built me to be exactly this way, to handle all the information flooding it at once. So whenever I start to feel like, oh, I can't handle the information, or oh, I feel like I'm giving too much information to somebody, I remind myself of this. Oh yeah, I'm built for this. I can actually handle it. And I can be more in a receiving space with the intuitive information coming in. So here it was, showing up socially in the social area of life with my friends, but it was actually a belief I had about myself in the spiritual mental areas of life.

And this is how I'll help you look at your greatest challenges you're facing in life right now. What it's pointing to, and what area of life is the actual root cause? If you can address the root, then the situation that you've been trying to fix forever will open up, will resolve, will shift, a solution will come forward. I promise you, I have hundreds, maybe even thousands of examples of how I decoded reflections for myself and others that once you realize where it's actually coming from, once you realize what the belief actually is about yourself, you'll go, oh yeah, I do do that. And it releases. It can release and guess what the universe is showing us through these reflective moments that there's something we're not addressing, a belief we have about ourselves in another area of life that we're not really paying attention to. So it showed up with my friend because I value my friendships so much, and I pay a lot of attention to my friendships, and I wasn't really seeing how I made.

I can't handle the intuitive information coming in as a part of who I am. It's actually false. I wasn't made this way. If the information wasn't meant to come in like this, then my higher self would have created me differently. So I can always fall back on that. Well, did my higher self make me that way? Make me in a way that I'm not able to handle all the information? No she didn't. She made me perfectly okay, so I'll keep it at that for about reflections for now.
