When you're hard on yourself for being hard on yourself. A lesson on self-love.

You know when you’re working towards something and you put a lot of pressure on yourself to get better faster, or to be the best, or to reach unrealistic expectations you set for yourself? If you’re anything like me, I know you know what it feels like! For much of my life, I hated how hard I am on myself, but not knowing how to stop. I was barely aware that I was even doing it. I then started training my intuition and began implementing intuited tools into every part of my life. In this video, I share an aha moment in which I realized that the work really is working and how I shifted into a space of greater levels of self love and acceptance. For all you “over-achievers” out there, relief from the constant pressure and criticism that you place on yourself is possible for you, too. Hint: it’s not to just give up (haha). It’s about having the right information and tools so you know how to increase your levels of self-love so that you actually feel the shifts!
